All data is encrypted in the database (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Your driver records, financial data, and load history cannot be read if intercepted.
Role-Based Access Control
Every user sees only the data their role permits. Dispatchers cannot access financial data. Drivers cannot see other drivers' records. Owners control all permissions.
Multi-Factor Authentication
MFA can be enforced for all accounts or specific roles. Protect admin accounts with a second factor beyond password.
Session Management
Sessions time out after inactivity. Admins can view active sessions and remotely terminate any session for any user account.
Data Isolation
Each carrier account operates in a logically isolated environment. No carrier can see another carrier's data, drivers, loads, or documents.
Incident Response
ESSE has defined incident response procedures. Security incidents are disclosed to affected customers promptly in accordance with applicable law.
