Common questions about plans, billing, and features.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your carrier portal settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties or lock-in periods.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. All new carrier accounts get a 14-day free trial with full Pro features included. No credit card required to start the trial. You'll be prompted to add billing details if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
How does per-driver ELD pricing work?
You pay monthly based on the number of active drivers assigned an ELD device. You can add or remove drivers at any time — billing adjusts on your next cycle. There's no fee for inactive drivers not using a device.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely. ACH bank transfer is available for carriers on annual plans. Contact support to set up ACH billing.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees for any software plan. The ELD hardware device (ERS238) has a separate one-time cost or is available on a lease — but the software subscription itself has no setup or activation fee.
What happens when I hit the free tier limit?
When you reach the free plan limits (10 loads/month or 5 drivers), you'll receive a notification in the portal and by email. You can upgrade to Pro to continue without interruption, or wait for the limits to reset at the start of the next calendar month.
