ESSE Inc Launches Full Carrier Portal with FMCSA Integration and Real-Time Load Management
DAYTON, Ohio — March 2026 — ESSE Inc today announced the general availability of its carrier portal, a full-stack platform for trucking companies to manage FMCSA compliance, load operations, driver onboarding, and document workflows in a single system. The portal integrates directly with FMCSA SAFER data to verify carrier authority, insurance, and safety ratings at the time of registration.
The carrier portal supports multi-driver fleet management, real-time load tracking, document upload and expiration alerts, electronic signing, and a built-in TMS workflow. Carriers can onboard in under 24 hours using the portal's structured intake process, which includes automated verification of MC and USDOT numbers against live federal records.
"Carriers have been underserved by fragmented software for too long," said Evgeny Skvortsov, CEO of ESSE Inc. "We built a system that connects compliance, operations, and driver management into one platform — and we made it accessible to small and mid-size fleets from day one."
The carrier portal is available now at portal.esseinc.com. A free tier is available for carriers managing up to 3 drivers. Pro and Enterprise plans are available for growing fleets.

ESSE Portal Surpasses 700 Active Drivers in Onboarding System
DAYTON, Ohio — 2025 — ESSE Inc announced today that its driver onboarding portal has surpassed 700 active drivers in the system, marking a major milestone in the company's growth since launching its structured digital onboarding platform.
The ESSE portal replaces paper-based and email-driven onboarding workflows with a secure, account-based system in which drivers complete registration, upload documents, and track their onboarding status entirely online. The portal supports CDL drivers, owner-operators, and company drivers, with role-specific workflows for each track.
"Reaching 700 drivers in the system is a signal that the structured onboarding model works," said Liubov Skvortcova, COO of ESSE Inc. "Drivers tell us they appreciate knowing exactly where they are in the process and not having to repeat documents or call us to find out their status."
ESSE's portal is built on a document management layer that tracks expiration dates, compliance requirements, and onboarding stage for each driver. Recruiters and administrators review applications through the same platform, with audit logs and e-signature capabilities built in.
