The accepting dispatcher's contact info doesn't match FMCSA registered contacts. The carrier can't provide driver details until last minute. The MC number is newly issued. Driver's GPS doesn't match the listed carrier's home location. Multiple loads accepted simultaneously with no available trucks.

Protection
What To Do When Flagged
